PMO Manager

Salary Rank: Negotiation

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Drive end-to-end alignment and operating rhythm to ensure the obstacles in all areas are being communicated, managed and clearly visible 
  • Drive end-to-end Program Management to ensure all the risks, dependencies, issues and concerns in all aspects (Business, Marketing, Product, Technology, People, Legal, and Compliance) are effectively managed, prepared and implemented with appropriate mitigation and contingency plans 
  • Ensure visibility of project health, status and quality reporting to relevant stakeholders regularly and in timely manner 
  • Understand Corporate Strategy, Country focus and situation and end-to-end processes to be able to identify gaps, suggest and align improvement areas.
  • Initiate projects or process improvement to close the gap which required the formationof project team/squad team to achieve project goals as well as regional-wide.
  • Setup and align Product Delivery Framework, govern and drive Maturity Model for end-to-end teams to practice with discipline and find improvement to fit with the project nature
  • Drive ‘Sense of Urgency’, ‘Accountability’, ‘Coaching’ and ‘Motivation’ across all functional groups 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or related fields. 
  • Master Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or Financial Services is a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years proven experience in a Project/Program Management or Software Product Development functions. 
  • Working knowledge of Financial Services, Electronic Payments or Ecommerce industry is preferable
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills for advising colleagues and senior management on courses of action. 
  • Deep knowledge in Waterfall and/or Agile Project Management methods; PRINCE2 or PMP certifications are considered a plus 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer. 
  • The ideal candidate would have a, strong communicational skill with professionalism,  growth mindset, flexible, driven to deliver results and orientated to make data-driven decisions
