About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Brand & PR Manager to join the TrueMoney Cambodia team. This role will be pivotal in reshaping and communicating the TrueMoney brand to the Cambodian market. The ideal candidate should be a creative force with a passion for driving impactful change and delivering innovative brand messaging. As an extrovert with a bold vision, you will be at the forefront of our brand’s storytelling, developing communications and PR strategies that resonate with a diverse audience and position TrueMoney as a leader in the digital payment space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative brand communication & PR strategies that align with TrueMoney’s mission and values.
  • Lead the creation of compelling brand stories, from messaging to campaign execution, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, business, product, finance) to produce engaging content that drives brand recognition and awareness.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and thought leadership articles to maintain a strong media presence.
  • Drive the social media presence and ensure brand messaging is compelling and engaging across all platforms.
  • Champion the TrueMoney brand internally and externally, advocating for new ideas and innovative approaches.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and consumer insights to ensure TrueMoney remains relevant and influential in the Cambodian fintech space.
  • Create and execute communication campaigns that challenge conventional norms and engage with the Cambodian youth, blue-collar workers, and other key segments.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance, adjusting communication strategies to improve brand perception and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in brand communication or public relations, preferably within fintech, tech or beverage industries.
  • A highly creative, results-driven individual with a strong ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Khmer.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, highly extroverted personality, eager to drive brand change and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of digital media and social platforms, with a keen eye for trends and content creation.
  • A passion for digital transformation and an entrepreneurial mindset.
