About the Role
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can turn ideas into captivating visual stories. As our Associate Creative Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in conceptualizing and producing multimedia content that inspires, informs, and engages our audience — across campaigns, digital platforms, and branded experiences.
This role blends video production, 3D visualization, and strong storytelling into a single creative engine. You’ll work closely with the Brand, Product, and Digital teams to bring our messages to life with clarity, energy, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the concept developmentof creative campaigns, digital content, and brand stories
- Storyboard and visualizecampaign ideas across video, digital, and spatial formats
- Edit video contentfor various formats (ads, reels, explainers, product showcases) using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Design 3D environmentsand visual assets using SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, growth) to ensure visuals align with strategy
- Oversee creative quality from start to finish — including pacing, sound, transitions, effects, and polish
- Stay up-to-date with trends in motion design, video content, and 3D storytelling
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, or creative content production
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Skilled in SketchUp or similar 3D modeling toolsfor visualizing environments and spaces
- Strong eye for visual composition, pacing, sound, and editing rhythm
- Solid understanding of digital storytelling formats (social, web, product explainers, etc.)
- Able to translate business goals and briefs into creative output with minimal supervision
- Bonus: Experience in branding, advertising, or working in fast-growing startups or fintech
