Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual training plans and budgets aligned with Sales & Distribution objectives.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs to strengthen agent capabilities in product knowledge, customer service, operational compliance, and fraud risk awareness.
- Continuously enhance training content, tools, and delivery methods based on business needs, performance data, market trends, and learner feedback.
- Innovate and implement digital learning tools, creative training aids, and performance support materials to improve accessibility and learning retention across regions.
- Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and business performance outcomes.
- Identify skill gaps across agent networks and collaborate with stakeholders to address development needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align training programs with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product team to support initiatives that enhance the agent app and digital user experience.
- Lead and manage engagement events such as Agent Town Halls, partner events, and channel-related activities to strengthen agent loyalty and motivation.
- Initiate and drive strategic projects that support sales productivity, agent performance, and achievement of business KPIs.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that foster innovation and long-term capability building within the agent community.
- Perform additional responsibilities and assignments as directed by the Line Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in training, sales development, or distribution management.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning methods, instructional design, and digital learning platforms.
- Analytical, innovative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good management, coordination, facilitation.
- Energetic and positive attitude as a role model.
