1 – You acknowledge that TrueMoney is acting solely as a payment settlement platform for transactions between you and merchants only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of any goods or services purchased. If you have any questions or concerns about your goods/services, please contact the merchant directly.

2 – When you connect your bank account/wallet with TrueMoney Wallet, you are authorizing TrueMoney to electronically (1) debit your bank account/wallet balance to pay for your purchases of goods and/or services from Merchants, and (2) process any returns, reversals, refunds, corrections or other necessary adjustments, if necessary as applicable.

3 – you agree and acknowledge that in order to facilitate the use of service by you, once you bind a bank account/wallet to your TrueMoney Wallet, TrueMoney may access to your bank account/wallet information and display such information on Application or any other channel as specified by TrueMoney. 

4 – TrueMoney reserves the right to limit number of bank account/wallet which you shall able to bind your bank account/wallet to your TrueMoney wallet.

5 – You agree that all transactions that you authorize comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You understand that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until you unlinked or disabled the link from TrueMoney Application or Bank Account/Wallet Application.
