Role and Responsibility:

• Identify new distribution channels
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals and sales contracts
• Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
• Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
• Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
• Negotiate partnership agreement with relevant entities (processes, products, roles and responsibilities etc.…)
• Represent the company and build strong network with potentials partners
• Anticipate the expected results and any different trend, analyses
• Prepare budget plan and follow-up the budget
• Participate to the overall Company strategy
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
• Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
• Must perform other task and duties as assigned by direct line manager. 

Requirement:  

• Hold bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, including business planning and analysis
• Be able to focus on core issues and develop sales strategies
• Have ability to demonstrate energy and sense of urgency, focus and follow in order to deliver high quality results
• Be a project owner to engage, drive project agenda and timeline for existing and new project-related matters.
