DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling customer complaints and enquiries
  • Must be understand about True Money products and service
  • Must be keep in touch with relevant department to solve agent/customer’s issue appropriately
  • Providing good quality service delivery to agent/customer
  • Be friendly and helpful to meet the customer’s satisfaction
  • Log report accurately

  • Able to understand customer requirement & proposed solution.
  • Keeping customers informed about services and promotions
  • Provide accurate information about True Money products and services
  • Handle customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
  • Following up to close the agent/customer’s issue effectively
  • Take care in existing customer expansion
  • Be able to satisfy customers and solve complaint with customer

    *from Mon-Sunday ( 2 days day offs rotated)
    *Big Holidays (rare day offs ) but provide OT
