DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling customer complaints and enquiries
- Must be understand about True Money products and service
- Must be keep in touch with relevant department to solve agent/customer’s issue appropriately
- Providing good quality service delivery to agent/customer
- Be friendly and helpful to meet the customer’s satisfaction
- Log report accurately

- Able to understand customer requirement & proposed solution.
- Keeping customers informed about services and promotions
- Provide accurate information about True Money products and services
- Handle customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
- Following up to close the agent/customer’s issue effectively
- Take care in existing customer expansion
- Be able to satisfy customers and solve complaint with customer
*working shift
*from Mon-Sunday ( 2 days day offs rotated)
*Big Holidays (rare day offs ) but provide OT
