Role and Responsibility

• Review and verify daily reconciliation and settlement to Bill Payment, Retail Payment (merchants), and Remittance partners based on SLA set in the agreement
• Perform daily accounting record for settlement to partners
• Manage and reconcile stock for specific services.
• Perform monthly accounting record in term of accrual to partners
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure accurate accounting record and perform regular reconciliation between Accounting system, Core-banking system, and Bank statement
• Assist in UAT-Testing (New service or enhancement of existing service in term of settlement process)
• Assist in new partner launching (Prepare for pre-launching, testing, review agreement in term of settlement process)
• Liaise and timely communicate with partners in solving a case-by-case issue (Local and International)
• Perform other tasks assigned by line manager or senior.

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline with sound accounting knowledge
• 2 year experiences in related role and industry is preferrable
• Skilled in Excel and google sheets,
• High attentions to details and accuracy
• Good communication skill with spoken and written language in English
• Strong problem-solving skill and be flexible in dealing with dispute case when it arises
